What is the ROCKET Sport Dryer UV? The ROCKET Sport Dryer UV commonly know as the ROCKET UV is a unique and innovative product designed to quickly and effectively dry excess moisture and perspiration from sporting equipment. A combination of heat, UV Light  and vented air dries most sporting equipment and clothing within 60 minutes The drying process significantly reduces unpleasant odors and prevents the buildup of potentially harmful bacteria The rapid elimination of corrosive sweat also significantly increases the lifespan of sporting equipment, keeping it like new.

How does the ROCKET UV work? Equipment and clothing is hung on a vertical racking system that combines steel support bars and S-hooks. The racking system is enclosed within a polyurethane-lined fabric dryer bag The heater unit heats air inside at a constant 70 degrees Celsius (165 degrees Fahrenheit). A fan circulates air and vents excess moisture to quickly and gently dry equipment and clothing inside and out – even in hard to reach interior areas of skates and gloves that contain a tremendous amounts of bacteria.

No Stink!!

My equipment was completely dry in an hour. Came out nice, toasty, and warm. It heats up pretty hot inside of there and releases through heat vents on top. VERY easy to set-up and can be stored easily. Relatively quiet too. The smell is greatly decreased and I didn't even use dryer sheets, which were recommended by other users. I wouldn't use it for some goalie equipment or equipment that contains leather (gloves), as well as helmet and skates. It works fine for shin pads and every other equipment. Combine this with dryer sheets + safe washing makes relatively smell free equipment. Smells almost brand new

Great Product

I've been using the Rocket Sports Dryer for about 3 months now, 2-3 times a week on average, no issues at all. I also took it to a 5-games in two days tournament. Everyone was complaining about their wet gear - except me! It works great, gear is bone dry in 60 minutes. Helpful hints: - I rubber-banded a couple of dryer sheets to the bottom of the main pole to help keep the gear smelling fresh. - The indicator on the knob is hard to see, I colored it in with a sharpie. - I don't unzip the cover all the way, I leave about an inch zipped up and let it fall away. Much quicker to zip it back up. The zipper/material is pretty lightweight, and it can take a couple of tries to get the zipper started properly. - I keep my gear in my unheated garage. I run it for 5-10 minutes before I pack my gear up so it isn't freezing cold when I put it on.

Get it!

After reading reviews on the web, I had to give this a try.......WOW!!! It sets up in about 1 minute, super easy assembly. It dries youth equipment in about 30 minutes and senior in about an hour. There is enough room for a goalie, or about a player set and a half. This is the best thing I have seen out there yet........I highly recommend this to everyone!! You won't be disappointed! And it even comes with a carry case for travel.

Works as advertised

I recommend the rocket dryer to anyone who complains about odor on their gear. I dry all my gear after every practice and game. Portable design lets me bring this to camp and to tournaments. Anytime I take my gear off, I dry it out. Works great. Highly recommend.

Easy to use

Verified Purchase Dries out all of the hockey equipment fast. Wish I would have know about this product along time ago. Easy to use. If you have any equipment that gets wet or sweaty than this is the dryer for you
